Media Release
By submitting this form, I hereby grant Oculus Rail and its affiliates permission to use my image and likeness as described below.
I understand and agree that:
- Oculus Rail may use photographs and/or video recordings of me in its marketing and communications, including but not limited to:
- Website and landing pages;
- Social media channels;
- Digital presentations and online content;
- Printed materials (brochures, reports, posters, etc.);
- Press releases and media coverage.
- These images and recordings may be used worldwide, in any current or future media format, for purposes including:
- Marketing and promotion;
- Public relations and communications;
- Educational and informational content about Oculus Rail’s services.
- Oculus Rail may edit, crop, or otherwise modify the images and recordings, provided that such changes do not misrepresent me or portray me in a defamatory manner.
- I will not receive any payment, royalty, or other compensation for the use of these images or recordings, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials in which they appear.
- Oculus Rail will not sell my images to third parties as standalone content; any sharing with partners or media outlets will be for the purposes described above.
- This consent is given voluntarily; I am at least 18 years old, or I am the parent/legal guardian of the minor named below and have the legal authority to grant this permission on their behalf.
I understand that I may withdraw my consent for future use by contacting Oculus Rail in writing. I acknowledge that this will not require Oculus Rail to remove or recall materials already produced or published prior to my withdrawal.
